Make it earn its keep. It’s 2026.

The clic stays the same. What crowd is in the room, when they arrived, and where your next promotion comes from
— that’s the upgrade.

Staff clic like always.

The analog counter
  • One number, in one hand
  • Paper totals at shift change
  • “How busy are we?” over the radio
  • The night is gone by morning
CLICR
  • Every clic, live on every device
  • Totals that survive the handoff
  • The whole team sees the door
  • Every night becomes an asset you own
The gap

You have numbers for everything except the room.

Four questions every operator asks on a Monday. The answers live half in your sales and half at your door, and the two have never been in the same place.

What was our busiest night?

You open your sales, because that’s all there is. But your biggest till and your biggest crowd are not always the same night.

How did the weekend actually go?

One manager says Friday was slammed. Another says Saturday died after midnight. By Monday it is all memory, and no number settles it.

Did the band pull a crowd?

You paid for Friday’s band. Did the room fill when they went on, and did any of it hold after the set, or did the place empty out?

Did happy hour work, and what do I run Saturday?

Your register says what happy hour rang up. It doesn’t say whether you grew the night or the same number just came earlier and paid less.
How it works

Count it. Know it. Grow it.

Up and running in under 6 minutes. Useful by the end of your first weekend.

1

Count

Staff clic guests in and out on the phones they already carry. Every count syncs live to the whole team, on every device.

2

Know

The door builds the shape of the night: when they arrived, which areas filled, who they were, and how tonight stacks up against last Friday.

3

Grow

Read the crowd you have, spot the crowd you want, and build the promotion that brings them in. Then count whether it worked.

The revenue engine

From the door, to the read, to the promotion.

This is the loop. Your door produces the data, the data produces the read, the read produces the play — and the next night measures whether the play worked.

The play · what to do Monday

Your 25–29 ticketed guests are through the door before midnight. Seven in ten of your walk-ups arrive after 11:30, filling the room at the hour your table buyers are still coming in.

The promotion this suggests

Push presales to the 25–29 band on the channels they came from, tighten walk-up after 11:30, and hold two extra tables for the early arrivals. Aim at the crowd that arrives early, not the one that turns up at close.

Then measure it

Run it next Friday and compare the same four numbers. If presale share climbs and the room holds longer, the promotion worked — and now you have a format you can repeat.

Core capabilities

Everything the door can tell you.

Built for venues that make their money in a room, on a night, with a crowd.

Counters that Communicate

Every clic syncs live to every device. One number the whole team trusts, from the door to the office.

Crowd Insight

Age band, gender and arrival window on every guest through the door, plus how long the room held as a whole. The picture of the crowd you are actually serving.

Live Unified View

Every venue and every area, live in one view, from anywhere. See the room fill before the bar feels it.

Multi Venue / Multi Area

Find out which room earns its square footage, and which one just holds coats.

Reporting & Exports

Night-over-night comparisons and clean exports you can hand to a brand partner, a promoter, or your accountant.

ID Scanning

A one-second scan at the door becomes the richest customer data set your venue has ever owned.

Your POS tells you what sold. CLICR tells you who was in the room when it did.

Your data

Your crowd. Your data. Your call.

You put the people in the room. That record is yours — we hold it to run CLICR, we never sell it with your name on it, and you decide what anyone outside your account ever sees.

It's yours. We just hold it.

Counts, reports, and the age and gender your scans derive belong to the venue that collected them. We hold it to run CLICR. We don't own it.

Nobody can buy your numbers

Your night is never sold with your venue's name on it. Area-wide totals are blended across many venues, and nothing about your door goes public unless you switch it on.

It leaves when you do

CSV and PDF exports on Insights and Verify, no fee. Switch plans and all of it comes with you.

It's worth more every night

One night is a number. A season of them is what you take to a brand partner. The asset is the history, and it's yours.

You built the crowd. You keep the record.

Who it’s for

Any room with a door and a crowd.

Same data, four very different reasons to want it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does CLICR actually tell me that my POS doesn’t?
Your POS knows what was bought. It does not know how many were in the room, what crowd they were, when they arrived, how long the room held, or which area filled up. CLICR fills in the half of the night your register never sees, and lines the two up so you can tell which crowd drives which sales.
How do you know the age and gender of my crowd?
On the Verify plan, the clip-on Bluetooth ID scanner reads the barcode on an ID in under a second at the door. That gives you age, gender and arrival time as clean, aggregated data. On Insights you get the same shape of picture from guest criteria your staff clic at the door: male/female, cash/ticketed, line versus entry.
What devices does CLICR run on?
Counting runs on any modern smartphone, tablet or desktop browser, using phones your team already owns. ID scanning uses our Bluetooth clip-on scanner, and dedicated CLICR iPhones with cellular data are available as an optional lease.
Can staff be restricted from seeing the numbers?
Yes. Role-based access means door staff can clic and nothing else, while owners and managers see the full revenue picture.
Does it support multiple venues or areas?
Absolutely. Multiple venues and unlimited areas or entrances from a single account, all comparable side by side.
Can we export the data?
Yes. Detailed CSV and PDF exports on Insights and Verify, ready for your marketing team, a brand partner, or your own spreadsheets.
How fast is setup?
You can create a venue, add your areas and invite staff in under 6 minutes. Your first 30 days on any paid plan are free.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Counts, reports and scan-derived crowd data belong to your venue, not to CLICR. They export, and they come with you if you switch plans.
Who else can see my crowd data?
Nobody can buy your venue's numbers. We never sell your counts, traffic or crowd breakdown in any form that names you or your venue. We do hold your data, because we run the systems it lives on, and we may combine de-identified numbers across many venues into area-level measures — how busy a district is, not how busy you are. Your own figures stay yours, and if we ever show your venue on a consumer-facing surface, that is opt-in and you choose what appears. Inside your venue, who sees what is your call, by role.
